Purchased this unit and another one but was never allocated a manager. My unit's BL had issues and needed correction but nobody resolved my issue.
Needed a mail to ask for withdraw of my request to amend my BL from the Shipping line but in vain. Two weeks now and my unit is stuck at the port awaiting for their damn mail despite the duty having been paid already! Worse still they delivered the unit to the wrong CFS contrary to the one indicated on my profile.
Quite unprofessional. Inconsiderate to be precise only interested on your payments after which they give you ill treatment.
SBI Africa address my issues as a matter of urgency. I am losing out bigtime and I dont think you'll compensate me.
