I RECEIVED THE CAR THAT I PRICHASED FROM SBI.I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE WAY THE TRANSACTION WENT.THE SBI SALES AGENT BY THE NAME OF MIHA COULD NOT PROVIDE FULL INFORMATION ABOUT THE CONDICTION OF THE CAR UNTIL THE CAR WAS SHIPPED.SHE DECIDED TO WITHDRAW SOME INFORMATION AS A WAY OF PURSUADING ME TO BUY.THE CAR HAS BODY DAMAGES.THESE INCLUDE SCRUTCHES,A SMALL DENT AND TWO HOLES ON THE RIGHT REAR MUDGUARD.I ASKED HER TO GIVE ME THE PICUTRES OF THE CAR BEFORE IT WAS SHIPPED BUT SHE KEPT ON SAYING THE PICUTRES WERE NOT READY.AFTER THEY HAD SHIPPED THE CAR,THAT IS WHEN THEY SENT ALL THE PITURES.AT THAT POINT IN TIME, I REALIZED THAT MIHA AS A REPRESENTATIVE OF SBI IS NOT AN HONEST PERSON.REMEMBER GUYS YOU ARE COMPETING WITH MAJOR CAR DEALERS,THE WAY YOU DEAL WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS WILL DETERMINE THE GROWTH OF YOUR BUISINESS.IF YOU DISAPPOINT YOUR CUSTOMERS,THEY WILL NOT RECEOMEND YOU TO OTHERS OR BUY FROM YOU AGAIN.IF I WAS IN ASIA,I WOULD HAVE CONTACTED A COMMERCIAL LAWYER AND SEEK COMPENSATION.FOR THAT REASON,I GIVE YOU ZERO RATING.
