Sad 😭😭.
The consolidator and Ramana company receiving company in Mombasa have refused to release the vehicle till now.
We have complied with everything and all documentations but they are creating own internal inconveniences between the consolidator and Ramana company.
My car was supposed to be shipped using "RORO" but your shipping team used consolidator instead without my consent hence charged extra 70 dollars for nothing by the receiving company in Mombasa Kenya called "Ramana".
I am really saddened by all these as a customer.
This is a sad reality to customers.
