My review
This was my first time to import a vehicle. Despite the build-up of anxiety from the point of making the first payment to the day of delivery, everything went smoothly. Communication from the SBI staff on the status of the vehicle transaction and transportation was optimal and this gave me the confidence that the process will go smoothly. The vehicle arrived on 27/02/2022 and I picked it on 11/03/2022. I cant wait to import another car through SBI Africa. The only downside is that the SD card was missing, otherwise everything else was intact.
